Ubercas
Following the launch of the iPad, this was a personal project born out of frustration. Due to the lack of asthetically pleasing cases on the market I resorted to creating my own. I've always been a big fan of fabric covered hardback books and the classic moleskin notebooks. So I set about combining these styles with the functionality of an iPad case.
Constructed from the finest quality bookbinding materials. The ubercas is a very durable case and adds a distinct level of class and style to your iPad. The "book" format of the case gives it added functionality, you can use it as a stand to watch movies or elevate the angle of your iPad on a flat surface to help make typing easier and more enjoyable. The hard back cover also protects your iPad from minor bumps, scraps and general wear and tear.
After the prototyping stage, a silicone mould was cast of the iPad tray so it could be quickly and easily reproduced at a low cost.
